What is Ralfi?

Ralfi is a smart renewal assistant for insurance brokerages. It watches your renewals and quote requests, follows up with insurers and clients who go quiet, and logs every contact with a timestamp, so nothing sits forgotten in an inbox.

Does Ralfi replace our broking system?

No. Your broking system stays your system of record. Ralfi picks renewals up from your inbox or a policy export and runs the follow-up workflow on top. Nothing to migrate.

What do our clients see?

Your brand, not ours. Emails come from your brokerage's own domain, and every page a client touches carries your branding. Clients fill and sign documents in the browser with no account, download or printing.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Never. Ralfi's AI runs on infrastructure we control. No third-party AI provider sees your data, retains it or trains on it.

Where is our data stored and how is it protected?
